What kinds of basketball training can I book?
+
Three programmes. The summer intensive stage runs from 15 June to 20 August as weekly skills packs at the Sant Lluís indoor court. The skills development club is weekly training through the regular season, in small groups by level. And the private format is 1-on-1 sessions or bespoke programmes, available all year round.
How much does a session cost?
+
A private session at the Sant Lluís indoor hall is €45 with the court included, and a pack of four sessions is €150, which works out at €37.50 an hour. On the equipped outdoor court a session is €30. The summer stage is booked as weekly packs and the skills club as a monthly plan of one or two sessions a week: I'll send you the exact price on WhatsApp once we confirm group and timetable.
Is court hire included in the price?
+
Yes. The €45 indoor session and the €150 four-session pack already include hire of the indoor court, so there's nothing extra to pay at the venue. Of the session price, €30 is the coaching and €15 the court. On the equipped outdoor court there's no venue to hire and the session stays at €30.
What are the training times?
+
Monday to Friday from 6 pm, plus weekends. During the summer stage the slot runs from 6 to 10 pm at the Pavelló Esportiu in Sant Lluís, weekends included.
Where do sessions take place?
+
The base is in Sant Lluís. The summer stage is held at the Pavelló Esportiu in Sant Lluís, on an indoor court. During the regular season sessions run on an equipped outdoor court or indoors, subject to availability. Message me on WhatsApp and I'll confirm the exact place and time.
What is the summer intensive stage?
+
A block of concentrated skills work from 15 June to 20 August, in weekly packs of 10 to 15 hours with groups of 4 to 6 players. We use the DrillMat and rhythm disassociation tools, focusing on technical detail, shooting mechanics under pressure and reading advantages.
How do the skills club monthly plans work?
+
They're monthly memberships of one or two sessions a week, in small groups organised by level: beginner, intermediate and advanced. The goal is to hold competitive rhythm and biomechanical soundness across the whole school and club season.
Are places limited?
+
Yes. Because the coach personally audits every detail on court, places in each time slot are strictly limited. It's best to message ahead rather than turning up at the court.
Do I need previous experience?
+
No. There's a beginner level for people starting out, and in the first session we assess your starting point together before deciding which group or plan fits you best.
Can I train while I'm on holiday in Menorca?
+
Yes. You can book single sessions or a pack of several days if you're spending time on the island, either privately or by joining the summer stage. Send me your dates and we'll sort it out.
Is training available in English?
+
Yes. Sessions can be run in English or Spanish, so you don't need to speak Spanish to train here. Just tell me which you prefer when you get in touch.
How do I book a place?
+
Message me on WhatsApp or use the booking form, telling me your level and your goals. We then arrange a first assessment session and you start your plan from there. I reply within 24 hours.
What do the sessions work on?
+
We apply the TDSE biomechanical method (Step-Timing Disassociation) to improve efficiency, footwork and speed of execution: shooting, stops, heel flare, inside step and force transfer. Alongside that, decision-making and competitive character, so what you do on court holds up under pressure.
Can you train teams or private groups?
+
Yes. The private format works for small groups, so a session can be set up for a group of friends or a team. Tell me how many of you there are and what you want to improve.
